MISS Mélanie FAURé
FROM AN EARLY AGE, I was fascinated by the fashion industry, perfumes ads, storytelling and anything that would make me dream.
At 6 years old, I started ice-skating because I wanted to fly like a bird, have wardrobe of beautiful and glittering dresses. Ice skating introduced perseverance, endurance and creativity in my character.
At a very young age, I began to work on myself and to search for my life purpose. I attended my first conference on self-confidence at the age of only 10 years old.I was the youngest in the audience, to the amazement of the people around me that day!
I continued to work on myself and became multilingual in my teens thanks to the many language exchanges and trips to England, Scotland, Spain and Taiwan.
I knew I was meant for great things. I decided to live a little, challenge my inner youth by living in several continents and working for well-known organizations such as the Fashion Weeks (New Zealand Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week and London Fashion Week), Verve Magazine, Art Partner London etc.
While working for New Zealand Fashion week I became even more fascinated by the art of video and started to film editorial, brand and style shoots. So I have you covered for your next brand shoot, I will be your personal art director.
After a few years of trains, planes, living in various countries, working in many industries I decided it was time to further my studies with an MBA in International Marketing and Brand Management at an International Business School in Lyon, France.
With all my experience and expertise I was head hunted to work for a few multibillion dollar international groups including L'Oréal luxe. My main roles were luxury brand management, content marketing creation, communication and strategic planning at Group level.
After traveling to 5 of the 6 continents, the only missing piece was Africa. So I decided to go to visit Wild Africa not knowing that I would be captivated and even fall in love with South Africa.
There and then, I wanted to be the CEO of a company that resonates with me; holds the same values, is dynamic, atypical with style and attitude. I've always loved the idea of a female CEO running her business with an “iron fist in a velvet glove”. Being a bold, ambitious, visionary while remaining true to myself in all circumstances.
Another dream has come true, I am now the Co-CEO of Melanie and Juvan Pty Ltd. You can count on me as your new CMO who will transform your business through strategic marketing, creative ideas for your branding and empower your overall business to increase your net wealth.

WHO IS THAT GORGEOUS GENTLEMAN in the picture? This is me of course, I am Juvan Caillet, the face and Co-CEO of our luxury marketing, branding and finance firm.
You perhaps wonder how did I grow up so nicely, let me share some of my secrets.
I was born in the Mother City, Cape Town, South Africa. My father is french and my mother is South African (yes I speak english, french and I have "un je ne sais quoi").
At the age of 3, I met Jackie, an adorable red long-haired dachshund. Thanks to him, I experienced a wonderful example of unconditional love, generosity, and empathy for other living beings. Perhaps thanks to Jackie I even became a model when I was younger. I used to make people's hearts melt when they were looking at me.
Now that you know that I am far from the finance cliché and that I have a golden heart, let’s talk about business because isn't it why you are here reading these lines?
Did you know that my entrepreneurial journey started when I wasn’t even an adult? I was only 12 years old. I started selling free-range eggs to restaurants, guest houses in my surrounding areas and raising Boschveld pullets that were sold across the whole of Cape Town, South Africa.
A few years later I decided to study at the University of Stellenbosch, with one goal in mind to simplify complicated financial information for business owners and entrepreneurs just like you. Imagine if finance could be as fun as going out for a drink!
After obtaining my Bachelors in Accounting Degree and Honours in Accounting Sciences, I had one last step to achieve before to revolutionize and transform thousands of businesses across the globe.
I decided to go a step further and learn from the experts themselves, how to run an award-winning Multi-Million International Finance Firm. For a few years, I embarked on the journey and worked long hours managing teams on audits of large investment and property fund firms, international farming entities, entities on the Johannesburg stock exchange, oil distributors and global consulting firms.
During those years, you would either find me working in spectacular offices, traveling between clients, taking planes, and living out of my suitcase. I enjoyed every second, every challenge and was now ready to take on the World.
Now as a Chief Executive Officer, I run our own Luxury Marketing, Branding, and Finance firm operating at the International. I am an experienced business strategic advisor, accountant and consultant to ambitious businesses and entrepreneurs under Melanie and Juvan Pty Ltd. I work with you to build your dreams, help you to spend your time more wisely while increasing and protecting wealth in your business. I am so happy to tell you that dreams can come true if you plan and work towards them, even sooner if we work together.
