EXPERIENCES

Each element carries a distinct quality, guiding how a moment unfolds, how guests move through it, and how it remains afterward.

These elemental experiences are never fixed forms. They are interpreted and composed according to context, intention, and scale, allowing each project to take its own shape while remaining coherent.

Each experience is conceived, directed, and carried through by the Maison.

OH MY OM, experiences are shaped through the five elements.

We work on specific moments within an event, not on full event planning.

We are engaged when a moment requires interaction, intention, and presence. This may take the form of a welcoming ritual at arrival, a curated gifting experience,
a scenographed first dance, a signature bar concept (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) or an immersive installation woven into the evening. Each experience is designed to integrate seamlessly into the rhythm of the event, without interrupting its flow.

Every project is bespoke and shaped around the client’s intention.

what
we do,

Each experience is conceived in close dialogue with the client. We design the moment, create or curate the physical elements involved, install everything on site, and remain present during the event to guide guests through the experience.

Our presence is essential. We do not deliver and leave. We host the moment from beginning to end so that it unfolds exactly as intended.

How we work

Oh My Om is directly involved in the experiences it designs, from their earliest conception through on-site presence and final execution.

Each moment is overseen by the Maison to ensure coherence, timing, and intention are carried through exactly as designed. During the event, our role is active and attentive: guiding transitions, holding rhythm, and remaining available so the experience unfolds with ease and precision.

Projects are adapted according to scale and context. Certain experiences are designed to travel lightly, while others require advance preparation, transport, and installation. In every case, responsibility remains clearly held, and execution remains aligned with the original vision.

Continuity is not an outcome.
It is a discipline.

Presence & Continuity

We work primarily with brands, founders, and creative partners.
Through these collaborations, we are also entrusted with private celebrations, including weddings.

We operate alongside planners, agencies, and venues, each with clearly defined responsibilities.
While planners oversee the overall coordination of an event, we focus exclusively on the experiences we conceive and direct.

For the moments we design, we manage the associated logistics, production, and on-site execution.
However, we do not assume responsibility for the logistics of external vendors, nor do we provide full event planning services.

Our role is precise: to shape, produce, and host immersive experiences that integrate seamlessly into the broader event framework.

whO WE WORK WITH,

Wood governs welcome and the first exchange between a place and its guests.

Within this element, experiences are often shaped around gestures of offering and participation. This may take the form of a personalised Feng Shui welcoming gift offered individually with intention.  It may unfold as a living Wishing Tree, inviting guests to contribute in their own time and allowing the experience to grow as the gathering evolves.
Beyond these expressions, Wood encompasses a wider spectrum of bespoke ceremonial gestures, symbolic structures, and interactive installations, each conceived exclusively for the moment.

Fire governs movement, visibility, and collective energy.

Within this element, experiences are designed to activate space and attention with precision. Fire may take form through moments of light, motion, or sound that emerge at a precise instant.
Guests may each hold a luminous butterfly, individual points of light rising together in a single breath, transforming the gathering into a shared constellation. A sculptural carousel horse may anchor the room in celebration and memory. A monumental giraffe may stand within the space, carrying light in its mouth, a living architectural presence rather than a suspended fixture.
These are only a few expressions within a broader spectrum of bespoke activations, choreographed lighting rituals, ceremonial entrances, immersive sculptural statements, each conceived uniquely for the occasion.
Fire is deliberate. It ignites. And its imprint remains long after the moment has passed.

Earth governs stability, authority, and human presence.

Within this element, experiences are shaped to anchor the event and bring guests fully into the present. A Chao Gong may mark an arrival or transition, creating a pause that gathers collective attention. A hosted welcome by the Maison may orient guests with calm and clarity, reinforcing trust through presence rather than instruction. A ceremonial bench may hold the bride and groom in shared grounding. A sculptural bridge may create a literal and symbolic passage, guiding movement from one chapter to the next.
Earth also expresses itself through architectural seating, tactile materials, stone or wood structures, and spatial compositions that create reassurance through weight and proportion.

Earth experiences slow the rhythm of the event. They create assurance, coherence, and a sense that everything is held with care.

EARTH

Metal governs framing, order, and intentional transition.

Within this element, space is composed through sculptural structures crafted in polished gold, brushed brass, mirror chrome, or textured bronze, materials chosen not only for their brilliance, but for their ability to define perspective.
A textured reception station may establish the welcome with quiet authority.
Metal may also manifest through bespoke framing systems, architectural counters, elevated platforms, mirrored compositions, precision-built staging, and custom structural installations, each designed to organise flow while enhancing beauty.

Metal experiences bring clarity without emphasis. They allow guests to move with confidence, guided by structure rather than direction.

Water governs emotion, reflection, and continuity.

Within this element, experiences are designed to move gently through the event, carrying feeling rather than demanding attention.
A mirrored Moon Gate may introduce stillness and introspection, inviting guests to see themselves within the landscape. A draped waterfall installation may suggest movement through fabric and suspended light. A monumental mirrored champagne tower may rise as a luminous cascade, glass, reflection, and flowing liquid merging into a living sculpture of celebration.

Beyond these expressions, Water extends into immersive reflective structures, silvered surfaces, translucent textiles, subtle soundscapes, and spatial designs that privilege emotion over spectacle.
